Real ways to get involved with Identity Mission and make a lasting difference
At Identity Mission, we believe that every child belongs in a family—not in an orphanage. We work to support that belief by building systems of family care in Honduras through local foster care, family preservation programs, and church involvement.
But we’re not doing it alone.
Whether you’re in Honduras, the U.S., or somewhere else in the world, you can be part of the solution. And we’ve made it easy for you to start.
Here’s how you can get involved today—directly through our website.

1. Start a Peer-to-Peer Campaign
Want to raise awareness and funds for Identity Mission using your own voice, story, or creativity?
You can host a peer-to-peer campaign right in your own community. This could be:
- Donating your birthday or anniversary
- Running a race and asking friends to sponsor you
- Hosting a small gathering to share our mission
- Organizing a school or church challenge to raise support
You don’t have to be a fundraising expert—just someone who believes in keeping families together. You can directly contact us for more information on how to raise up and be the solution for the orphan crisis and families in Honduras.

2. Volunteer at an Identity Mission Event
Do you live in the U.S. and want to serve at one of our local fundraising events? We host fun and family-friendly opportunities throughout the year—including 5Ks, packing events, and community fundraisers.
As a volunteer, you can help with:
- Event setup and logistics
- Welcoming and registration
- Promoting the event in your church or online
- Hosting games or engaging with guests
It’s a hands-on way to live out your heart for family care—and a great way to bring your own community into the story.

3. Give Monthly and Fuel Long-Term Impact
Monthly donors are the backbone of what we do. When you give consistently, you help us:
- Walk alongside families at risk of separation
- Train local foster families
- Equip churches to care for their communities
Even $25/month can help keep a child at home, where they belong.

4. Be an Advocate for Children and Families
You have a voice—use it to speak up for children in Honduras. As an advocate, you can:
- Share our mission with your small group, school, or church
- Post about our work on social media
- Help shift mindsets away from orphanage-based care toward family solutions
- Connect us with others who are passionate about vulnerable children
Want to take it a step further? We’d love to connect with you personally and help you bring Identity Mission into your circles.

Change Starts with You
You don’t have to travel far or do something big to make a real difference. When you support Identity Mission, you’re helping build a future where every child in Honduras grows up surrounded by love, belonging, and family.
