At Identity Mission, our vision is to see children develop their identity in Christ within loving families. Every day, we walk alongside vulnerable families, support foster families, equip local churches, and work to prevent children from entering orphanages whenever possible.
Yet the heart of our ministry is not defined simply by programs, statistics, or initiatives.
It is shaped by the values we choose to live out every single day.
These values influence how we serve, how we steward resources, how we make decisions, and how we respond when challenges arise. They remind us that lasting impact is not only measured by what is accomplished, but also by the heart behind it.
At the center of everything we do is a simple but powerful truth:
“God sets the lonely in families.”
Psalm 68:6
This verse is more than a theme for our organization.
It is the reason we believe every child deserves belonging.
It is why we invest in strengthening families before they reach a crisis.
It is why we champion foster care.
It is why we partner with churches and communities.
And it is why we remain committed to solutions that are sustainable, relational, and centered on the dignity of every person.
More Than Values on a Wall
Our four Core Values are not aspirations we hope to achieve someday.

You can find them in staff meetings and home visits. In conversations with parents and training sessions with foster families. In church partnerships and moments of celebration. In difficult decisions and everyday acts of faithfulness.
